Double Use Machine
RB-6FTP is double use sock machine model, which is suitable for both summer wearing plain thin type socks and winter wearing terry thick type socks.
Pay only 1 machine cost but can make 2 different kinds of socks, it is really a economical choice!
Pattern Designing Software
Easy pattern designing software, which can be installed and used on personal computer. You can design socks patter with your own idea, to make DIY socks as you like!

Sock Production Line
Pre-production equipments:
1. Air compressor
It is used to press the air to help sock machine change the working needles.
2. Air storage tank
It is used to storage the pressed air.
3. Cooling drier & Filter
They are used to filter the water vapour, impurity, etc.
4. Stabilizer
It make the voltage stable, then reduce the damage of socks machine.
5. Suction fan motor
It is an equipment which is used to suck the finished socks up from socks machine. There are two kinds can be choosen:
1) Individual suction fan motor: if the quantity of socks machine is 1, 2, 3 or 4 sets, this motor will be suitable because it is installed inside of machine which can save the space;
2) Central suction fan motor: it is suitable for a large quantity of socks, machine because one set motor can support 5sets, 10 sets, 20 sets even more socks machine working.
1. Sock toe linking machine
The finished socks from sock knitting machine is not completed, so sock toe linking machine is used to make toe closed.
There are several types can be offered: one linking motor, two linking motor, three linking motor, five linking motor, six linking motor. The more linking motor, the better linking effect.
One/ Two/ Three linking motor will be more popular to be purchased.
2. Sock boarding machine
This machine is also called sock ironing/ forming machine which makes the socks flat and no wrinkles.
There are some different types can be choosen: simple sock boarding machine with 4 forms, box steam sock boarding machine, rotary steam sock boarding machine. It depends on the production capacity of socks machines. Normally, a simple sock boarding machine can support about 10 sets socks machines.
Some friend want to make anti-slip socks for babys or trampoline socks, socks dotting machine will be available.
3. Sock Yarn
We can provide different types of yarns with different specifications such as Spun Polyester, Polyester DTY, Rubber Thread, ACY, SCY, etc
